Louis Justin
Louis has been specialising in destination and expedition cruising for over twenty years. His worldwide experience ranges from intimate adventure vessels to luxury small ships and large exploration ice-breakers – in the tropical, temperate and polar regions – amongst sophisticated civilisations and secluded wildernesses. He graduated from Hautes Études Commerciales (France) and Melbourne Business School (Australia), where he wrote his thesis on the geographical and economic history of South-West Pacific nations. A Cruise Director and an Expedition Leader, Louis presently lives in England.
Louis works at sea and on land, organising voyages, setting up itineraries, inspecting destinations, and leading journeys to the world’s natural and cultural jewels. He enjoys sharing his knowledge of maritime history and he is passionate about the search for sites of momentous significance. His curiosity for the world around enables him to discuss subjects such as weather, navigation or volcanology. Louis has completed over two hundred and fifty voyages – from St Kilda, Pitcairn, Norfolk or Cocos to Manhattan and Regensburg – from Flores and Vanikoro to Peter I – from the North Pole to the Bay of Whales.
